VPG is a partner on the development team responsible for delivering 900 mixed income units for the River District Neighborhood adjacent to the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA. This $1 Billion project represents a generational opportunity to convert a dormant property into a transformative asset for the New Orleans region and the State. The site will include affordable and market-rate multifamily housing, office, retail, and event space that will create a new neighborhood unlike any other previously seen in New Orleans. VPG is servings as the lead developer for Phase 1 of the multifamily housing development. This $95MM project will include 220 units of mixed income housing and 20,000 sq ft of retail.
