The Marquis Apartments is a 250-unit multifamily community located just outside the Central Business District of New Orleans, LA. The property comprises three buildings with a diverse mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units. Of the total, 103 units are income-restricted for households earning between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), while the remaining 147 units are unrestricted market-rate apartments. VPG acquired the property in March 2025. Since acquisition, VPG has completed a capital improvement program to upgrade the leasing office, unit interiors, building exteriors, and site infrastructure. Full stabilization was reached in Q1 2026.
