The Le Trianon Condo development was nestled in the Royal Street corridor of the French Quarter New Orleans. The 3rd and 4th floors of this 130-year-old building were converted into luxury condominiums
with a complete sell out within 2 months. Each unit featured antique heart pine flooring, chef kitchens, and spa inspired bathrooms. VPG served as the developer and construction manager on the project
working closely with the Vieux Carre’ Historic Preservation Commission to ensure overall compliance.
