The Chambre de Honneur project was a conversion of a 10-bedroom boarding house into two luxury condominiums in the French Quarter. VPG served as both the developer and construction management on the project which would go on to set a record for $/ft^2 in the French Quarter at the time. Taking the property from a gutted shell abandoned after Katrina, we retrofitted the building with modern amenities and converted unused attic areas to living spaces. We were also able to maximize profits on the development using the units as short-term rentals during the festival season.
