Bedroom 1 Bathroom, half of which are set aside at 60% AMI and the other half at market rate. VPG
purchased the property in March 2025 and promptly began a $750,000 renovation to the leasing office, exteriors, interiors, and infrastructure of the development. VPG plans to reach full stabilization by Q1 2026.
