37Hundred Bienville was the largest townhome development constructed in New Orleans. With over 58,000 ft2 of gross space between the 20 total units, its overall scale and design have left a legacy in Mid City New Orleans for years to come. VPG served as both the lead developer and general contractor for the project with a total budget of $8,300,000. The entire project was sold and development cycle completed in Aug 2019.
