37Hundred Bienville was the largest townhome development constructed in New Orleans. With over 58,000 ft2 of gross space between the 20 total units, its overall scale and design have left a legacy in Mid City New Orleans for years to come. VPG served as both the lead developer and general contractor for the project. The entire project was sold and development cycle completed in Aug 2019.
